Invention herewith described refers to a training device with a spring for a smash stroke in volleyball has a novelty in that it consists of a base (1), an outside pipe (2), an inside pipe (3), an inclined platform (4) with a bush (5), springs (6), holders (7) of a football ball (8) with a bush (9), the football ball (8) and elastic bands (10).Base (1) is made of steel pipes. On the top of the inside pipe (3) there is the inclined board (4) at the back of which there are 2 U profiles by means of which this apparatus is supported onto the wall. In the bushes (5) and (9) there is fixed a spring (6). Football (8) is fixed inside the holder (7) by means of elastic bands (10) being tied onto 4 (four) rings (11). The stroke of the arm is practiced as the spring (6) creates the force of resistance when striking the football ball (6) repeatedly.
