PURPOSE: A flange is provided to prevent damage to the flange or a pipe due to vibration or impact. CONSTITUTION: A flange(100) comprises a main body(110) and a connection member(160). The main body is formed in the shape of a pipe. A joint part(120) in the main body is formed on the inner diameter of the main body. The connection member is formed in the shape of a pipe. A joint part in the connection part corresponding to the joint part in the main body is formed. A packing pedestal(122) is formed on the upper inner diameter of the main body. A joint hole(124) is formed on the upper external diameter of the main body.
