PURPOSE: A leveler is provided to accurately place a measurement support on a target object by magnetic members projected on both ends of the measurement support. CONSTITUTION: A measuring element of a leveler comprises a measuring unit cover member, a zero-point measuring unit which is inserted into a cover(23) of a measuring unit cover member, a cover plate which is coupled to the cover in order to prevent the zero-point measuring unit from separating from the cover, and fasteners which are provided in the cover plate to regulate the horizontality of the zero-point measuring unit by being fastened or released.
