<p>PURPOSE: Hydrotalcite applied to P. V. C stabilizer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve function of the P. V. C stabilizer of hydrotalcite by sinking zinc using the hydrotalcite which has a metal hydroxide form of bilayer shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing hydrotalcite for P.V.C stabilizer has a structure of M(II)XM(III)Y(OH)N(Am-)Z·nH2O. Here, the M(II) is a divalent metal including Mg2+, Ni2+, and Zn2+. The M(III) is a trivalent of Al3+, Fe3+, Cr3+, and Co3+. The Am- makes zinc(Zn) sink using electrolysis method, chloride ion affixation method, or plasma method after synthesizing crystallization of hydrotalcite including CO2-3, OH-, NO3-, SO2-4, and halide. Calcium and other metals are sunk with the zinc to supplement long-term heat-resistance.</p> |
