PURPOSE: A front panel is provided to minimize a non-discharge area by preventing wrong discharge between electrodes on the front panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transparent electrodes are arranged in parallel on the top of a front substrate. A plurality of bus electrode are arranged in parallel with the transparent electrode. A plurality of incidental electrodes(30) electrically connects the bus electrode and the transparent electrode. A black matrix(50) covers a non-emitting area while locating in the lower part of the bus electrode. |
