PURPOSE: A fly back forward combination converter circuit for a DBR(Dielectric Barrier Discharge) is provided to secure a stable output of an auxiliary power source using a bias winding and a coil of a boost-up converter. CONSTITUTION: An EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) filter(10) removes a noise. A rectifier(20) full-wave rectifies a voltage inputted through the EMI filter. A converter(50) includes a conversion part(30) and a conversion drive part(40) and converts the voltage outputted from the rectifier. The conversion drive part outputs a driving signal for driving the conversion part based on the output signal of the rectifier. The conversion drive part is a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) integrated circuit.
