PURPOSE: An acupressure machine is provided to easily control acupressure strength based on specific body points and to improve acupressure efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An acupressure machine comprises: a case(110) having plural receiving grooves; a damper(120) which is detachably placed in the receiving groove(111) to control the strength of acupressure based on acupressure points; and an acupressure load(121) for pressurizing body points. The damper has a piston which is positioned to be pushed by a cylinder and spring.
