PURPOSE: An opening and shutting device of a water gate and a method are provided to open and shut the water gate in various heights, and to improve a structure of a hydraulic unit. CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting device of a water gate comprises a water gate frame(1), a water gate(3), and a locking unit(9). The water gate is formed in the water gate frame, and ascended and descended. The locking unit fixes the water gate. And the locking unit comprises a hook(11), multiple locking pins(S), a hydraulic unit(13), and a control unit. The hook is formed in the water gate. The locking pins are protruded from the water gate frame, and selectively hang or separate the hook. The hydraulic unit moves the hook backward and forward. The control unit powers the hook by transferring a signal to the hydraulic unit when the water gate is ascended and descended. |
