PURPOSE: A method for preparing C-22 sophorolipids derivative compound is provided to ensure excellent surfactant performance and simply prepare the sophorolipids having a single carbon atom. CONSTITUTION: An acidic form C-22 sophorolipid derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A lactone form C-22 sophorolipid derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 2. A method for preparing C-22 sophoroliipid derivative compound comprises: a step 1 of culturing Candida sp. in a medium containing oil of C-22 fatty acid; and a step of treating with ethyl acetate to extract sophorolipid and treating with hexane to remove residual oil; The oil is C-22 solid fatty acid, C-22-increased canola oil or their methylesterization product.
