PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for detecting an intrusion using a 3D sound-source location detection technology are provided to reduce detection failure and detection error by combining a heat detector and an image detector. CONSTITUTION: A sound-source location detection part(300) calculates a first distance from a sound source based on a first arrival time of the sound source to a microphone. The sound-source location detection part calculates the 3D size of a defense district based on the first distance from the sound source. The sound-source location detection part calculates a second distance from other sound-source based on a second arrival time of the breaking sound source to a microphone. The sound-source location detection part calculates the 3D position of the sound source based on the calculated second distance difference. An intrusion discrimination part(400) outputs the intrusion alarm by discriminating the intrusion state of the defense district. |
