SOLAR CELL MODULE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by receiving light having different wavelength. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module comprises a plurality of solar cells(20) and a conductivity ribbon(30). A plurality of solar cells is arranged in column and row. The conductivity ribbon electrically interlinks a plurality of solar cells. The solar cell is formed by laminating a photoelectric device and a second photoelectric device. The first photoelectric device is formed with a polycrystalline semiconductor film. The second photoelectric device is formed with an amorphous semiconductor layer.</p>
