摘要 PURPOSE: A radiation curable oligomer and a radiation curable resin are provided to use as a cladding material for a plastic optical fiber or a glass by a fast hardening speed in a low quantity of light, and high strength after an UV hardening. CONSTITUTION: A radiation curable oligomer has a structure showed in chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 separately refers CH_2O or CH_2(OCH_2CH_2)aO. A is an integer selected from 1~3. R2 refers to an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or an aromatic group with the carbon number of 6~20. R3 separately refers to a meth(acrylate) group of 2~40. The n is an integer selected from 1~5. The m is an integer selected from 2~6. Adding one to the n equals the m. The p is an integer selected from 2~20. The p/q has the range of 0.8-2.5. The radiation curable oligomer is synthesized from a meth(acrylate) consisting of a fluorinated polyol copolymer, a polyisocyanate, a hydroxide group, a polycondensation catalyst, and a polymer stopper.
