TOURBINE WITH WINGS OSCILLATING IN THE WIND

Invention herewith described refers to a vertical carrier (1) whereto connected are horizontal carriers (2) which carry wings (3) that can oscillate around the carrier (2) up to the limiter (5) with a spring (10). Each wing is balanced with a weight (6) then the wings are positioned in a horizontal plane. In the wind, direction of the wind is the same at both sides of vertical carrier (1). Wings (3) remain in a horizontal position, that have direction of the wind down the surface of the wings in relation to the bearings (4) of the wings. Wings (3) have opposite direction to the wind switch to a vertical position by moving upward, or downward, up to the limiter (5) with a spring (10), therewith obtained is the pressure of the wind onto the surface of the wings (3). This force rotates the vertical carrier (1), the wing (3) goes to the other side then returns to a horizontal position, but the following wing comes into the vertical position, etc. The vertical carrier (1) is tied to the shaft (14) of an electric energy generator.
