PURPOSE: A plate cleaning apparatus is provided to improve washing effect by pressurizing the upper part and he lower part of a metal plate using a squeeze roll and eliminating a cleaning solution remaining on the surface of a metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A plate cleaning apparatus comprises a main body(10), upper and lower part pinch rolls(21,22), upper and lower part washing rolls(23,24), upper and lower part squeeze rolls(25,26), an injection nozzle(40), a drive unit, an upper elevating apparatus(61), a lower landing apparatus, an upper supporting block(29), and a lower support block(30). The upper elevating apparatus comprises an elevation panel(61a), a plurality of helical axes(61b), and a cylinder unit. The upper elevating apparatus is located at the upper part of the upper pinch roll, the top washing roll, and the top squeeze roll. The multiple helical axes are respectively connected to the upper supporting block. The cylinder unit is connected to the elevation panel.
