PURPOSE: A water purifier on which ionic activity apparatus is attached is provided to promote growth of animals and plants by minutely ionizing or decomposing water, and to restrict production of slime or scales on a drainpipe. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier on which ionic activity apparatus comprises the following: a center pipe connected to a drainpipe(30); a housing surrounding around the center pipe; mineral powder filled in a predetermined space between the center pipe and the housing; and a casing supplied external power source and surrounding the outer circumference of the housing. The mineral powder includes 10-30 weight% of Tourmaline, 5-15 weight% of Cerium, 50-70 weight% of enterolith, 5-15 weight% of Muscovitum and 5-10 weight% of Neodymium.
