PURPOSE: A swing-type hinge apparatus for a clockwise direction or a portable terminal for rotating the display panel of cover is provided to reduce separation direction between the display panel and the keypad. CONSTITUTION: A fixing plate(10) is combined in the upper side of a panel arm. A moving plate(40) is combined in the lower-part of the display panel. A hollow shaft is fixed through the moving plate to the moving plate to be made eccentric. The hollow shaft is supported with the rotation of the moving plate in the fixing plate. The hollow shaft moves from upward and downward. An elastic modulus offers the elastic force to the moving plate.
