Composition (I) comprises a microorganism and hydrophobic and apolar fat medium, where the hydrophobic fat medium comprises a grease having a melting point located in a temperature of 25-60[deg] C. An independent claim is included for preparing (I) containing a microorganism, comprising: heating a hydrophobic and apolar fat medium to obtain a temperature of 25-60[deg] C, where the hydrophobic fat medium is a fat having a melting point located in the temperature range, with the formation of a liquid fat phase; adding and mixing the microorganism with the fat liquid phase; coating of the microorganism in the fat liquid phase; cooling of coated microorganism to obtain a temperature less than the melting point for obtaining a solid fat loaded in microorganism; adding appropriate additives or excipients to form a powder; and compressing of the powder thus formed to obtain a tablet with the absorption of compression energy by the apolar hydrophobic fat medium which undergoes a static change.
