MAEKSUMSEOK CERAMIC CARRIER FERTILIZER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A maeksumseok ceramic carrier fertilizer and a manufacture method thereof are provide to obtain a solid fertilizer by molding the fertilizer into pellet and to manufacture high-quality fertilizer from organic waste including livestock excretions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing maeksumseok ceramic media fertilizer the following steps: blending organic waste with a water control agent like sawdust and minerals including maeksumseok, yellow soil, and zeolite after pre-treating the organic waste including livestock excretions; converting organic waste into humic soil of a mineral complex shape using humification microorganism; putting the soil into a mixer after assorting foreign materials; mixing the soil with biodegradable resin like chitosan resin; and drying the mixture after injecting into pellet form using a pellet injection machine.
