PURPOSE: A supercooling apparatus is provided to stably keep the supercooled state of liquid by accommodating the whole liquid container inside. CONSTITUTION: A supercooling apparatus(20) comprises a container(30), a cover member(40) which opens and closes the container, and a heater coil(50) which is installed inside the cover member. The internal spaces of the container and the cover member are connected so that the air heated with the heater coil moves to the container.
