The present invention is related to the industry for manufacturing balanced feed for small and large animal species, such as porcine and beef cattle. More particularly, the invention relates to the industry for producing balanced feed from animal wastes having nutritious and sanitary properties equal to those currently available on the market. Said animal excreta flour for the manufacture of balanced feed is characterised in that it is the result of an enzymatic digestion of the following composition: from about 7% of pig excreta, from about 9% of laying hen excreta, from about 82% of broiler excreta, from about 1% of calcium oxide, from about 1% of enzymatic solution, 250 gr of yellow iron colour indicator.
