<p>PURPOSE: A welding wire and car parts manufactured by using the same are provided to prevent solidification crack and leakage of exhaust gas by completely welding a neck part of an exhaust manifold. CONSTITUTION: A welding wire for joining cast iron - stainless steel comprises C 0.03 weight%, Si 2.0~3.0 weight%, Mn 12.0~14.0 weight%, Cr 7.0~9.0 weight%, Ni 45.0~47.0 weight%, Nb 0.5~0.8 weight%, Mo 2.0~3.0 weight%, and Fe. Car parts are comprise a first configuration part, a second configuration part, and a welding part. The first configuration part is made of stainless steel. The second configuration part is made of cast iron material. The first and the second configuration parts are each other welded in the welding part.</p> |
