PURPOSE: An improved structure of an apparatus for tying rope of farming seaweed by immediately assembling and disassembling main components such as a work table, half frame, and work table legs is provided to lower production cost and enhance workability and safety. CONSTITUTION: An improved structure of an apparatus for tying rope of farming seaweed comprises: a lower storage frame(300) mounted at a position corresponding to a work table leg fixing socket; a vabiration damping control leg unit(5) mounted at a work table leg(400); an auxiliary work table(110) which separately forms a reinforced fiber and FRP resin; a safety plate(6) having a safety plate support plate(6a); a control box fixing rod(4) mounted by inserting into the work table legs; a hinge pipe(50d) of the lower storage frame having a bobbin winding handle; and a winding part comprising a first bearing rotation means, driven pulley(16), second bearing rotation means, variable farming rope passing unit(RU), bobbin bed, bobbin tension control unit(41u), binder string guide tension control unit(BU), binder string tension control bracket, and binder string guide pipe(44).
