PURPOSE: An opening/closing device for a mobile terminal for selectively opening a numeric key and a keyboard according to opening and closing direction of the first member is provided to perform various multimedia functions by selectively opening a screen through simple operation. CONSTITUTION: An opening/closing device for a mobile phone(10) comprises a first member(150), a second member, a base frame(110), a first rotating plate, a second rotary motion plate and a driving part. The base frame is installed in the second member. One side of the second rotary motion plate and the first rotary motion plate is connected to the first member to be possible to rotate. The driving part is installed in one among the first rotary motion plate and the second rotary motion plate.
