Described is a wireless communication device for people with hearing loss, which includes a message into text converter, i.e., a message sent by an emitter device, either the device of the present invention or any other digital processor previously programmed for receiving the message through a radiofrequency antenna, in order to send it to the text converter and subsequently the text converter to a morse code, thus transforming the message into vibrations through two engine-type vibrators , which are located at both sides of the device, right and left, where the voice and/or text message is emitted through vibrations, which will be received in a touch sense manner by the receptor, said device having the ability of storing messages and creating personalized codes.
