FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry. Claimed is method of determining tactics of periodontitis treatment. Lengths of teeth roots are measured on upper and lower jaws of one of jaw teeth with the same name: carine on lower jaw and second molar on upper jaw. Degree of destruction is determined. Contents of subgingival spaces is examined on presence of parodontopathogenes. Depending on teeth root length, presence of parodontopathogenes and destruction degree decision about necessity of antibacterial therapy administration is taken. ^ EFFECT: method allows to take decision about administering antibacterial therapy, when there are no obvious signs of periodontitis exacerbation. ^ 4 ex, 1 tbl |
