FIELD: heating systems, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to seed and grain drying method and can be used in agricultural industry. Seed and grain drying method at which they are loaded, dried with high-temperature drying agent up to humidity which is 1.5Ç2% higher than standard humidity, soaked, finally dried and unloaded. New feature is that seeds or grain are loaded to residual levelled layer, dried with external or heated air with moisture evaporation öWëÑ(W0-W1), where W0, W1, - initial, hygroscopic humidity of material (%) and weight fraction of corn seed coating (%), dried to standard humidity with low-temperature drying agent with relative humidity å=60Ç65%, and unloaded to residual levelled layer on grid; besides, specific supply of low-temperature drying agent is 200ëñqëñ300 m3/ht, and soaking - 1Ç1.5 h, and height of dried layer corresponds to maximum value at which the fan capacity is not decreased. ^ EFFECT: invention shall increase efficiency and safety of drying process of seeds and grain of increased humidity. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
