FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: essence of method lies in matching parts of trachea and suturing membranous tissue. On both ends of trachea, which have to be sutured together, cartilage rings are dissected in three points, fragments of dissected rings are turned outward trachea at 90 in form of "side boards", ends of trachea being drawn together by means of ""-shaped sutures on line of connective tissue of first inter-ring space and posterior membranous wall of trachea. ^ EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to prevent anastomositis with further stricture formation in trachea. ^ 5 dwg |
