FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piping accessories, particularly to shutters with rotatable bases, and is provided for overlapping of reverse flow open flow area of pipe. Rotary disk shutter contains casing with saddle and closure element, drive shaft and rotatable base, connected to drive shaft by means of assembled lever. Assembled lever is outfitted by limit stop for contact to rotatable bases and including a couple of levers-rocker arms. The first of levers-rocker arms is fixed on drive shaft and is connected elastic-mobile with rotatable base. The second rotatable base is connected to flat hinges with the first lever-rocker arm and with rotatable base. Reciprocal relative rotation of levers-rocker arms to both sides is restricted by implemented on it pairwise thrust faces. Thrust faces on lever-rocker arm are angularly related to each other. Value of angle, formed by thrust faces of the first lever-rocker arm, exceeds value of angle, formed by thrust faces of the second lever-rocker arm. At reciprocal contact of one pair of thrust faces during motion of rotatable base to closure of shutter turning centers of drive shaft and flat hinges are located on straight line. At reciprocal contact of the second couple of thrust faces during motion of rotatable base to opening of shutter turning centers of drive shaft and flat hinges form triangle. Assembled lever is broken abutment for rotatable base. ^ EFFECT: reduction of rotational moment on shaft of shutter at its opening. ^ 4 cl, 12 dwg |
