FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices used upon drilling of wells of various assignment, namely to sludge traps used for collection of sludge, mainly metal sludge, forming upon drilling by insert bits, pneumatic and hydraulic hammers and also upon calyx drilling. Sludge trap contains casing and sludge bucket, they are connected to reducing piece and, coupled with it, form storage capacitor. Special feature of sludge trap is the following: it is provided with chamber, made of material with varied capacity, filled with liquid, gas or aerated liquid, secured against axial movement in storage capacitor and provided with return valve for chamber loading and unloading. In working position chamber may be cylindrical or U-shaped in longitudinal section, its outer wall contacts with sludge bucket, and inner wall - with casing. Vertical walls of chamber are made of material with higher coefficient of elasticity compared to cross wall. ^ EFFECT: increase in labour productivity due to improvement of conditions of work of drilling personnel and simultaneous improvement of work safety. ^ 6 cl, 2 dwg |
