FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: there are proposed device and method for reduction of value of multiple harmonics of characteristics of uniformity in vulcanised tire. Additionally it is generated signal, which specified value of characteristic of uniformity and it is used ring, containing multiple plates, in order to permanently deform sections reinforcing frame of tire detail in positions specified by signal.
