FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: grain size refinement device contains a casing, loading hopper with output window, removable sieve and a grinder made in the form of a high-speed electric motor with a shaft and it is secured symmetrically on the blade shaft carrying the lid with the grain output window coinciding with the hopper output window and a hole for the grinder shaft, plane of rotation of the blade peripheral part goes parallel with the grain exit window. The casing is manufactured with the base a fold-out lid which is parallel to the carrying lid. The loading hopper is located inside the casing, the upper part of the casing walls and the carrying plate are the loading hopper walls. The loading hopper bottom is made in the form of a surface bent at two angles one part of which is located above the electric motor and the other one is on the left of it adjacent to the hopper output window. The carrying lid is mounted vertically in the casing and along with the fold-out lid it forms a grinder working chamber that turns into the discharge chute along with the fold-out lid. The grinder shaft is mounted vertically, the plane of rotation of the blade peripheral part goes vertically in the working chamber behind the grain exit window of the carrying lid. The blade is removable, the removable sieve is mounted to the diametre into stamped indents in the carrying and fold-out lid. There is a reflecting steel sheet plate inside one part of the sieve along its width in the place of loading window along the length a bit higher, lower than the last one, and attached by means of contact welding. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to increase performance characteristics, grinding quality, produce homogeneous grinding fraction, increase efficiency and expand the range of grinding sizes. ^ 7 cl, 5 dwg |
