FIELD: heating systems, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying equipment. Drier includes external and internal cylinders located concentrically to each other and rigidly attached to each other and which are installed with an inclination at an angle to horizontal between loading and unloading chambers with possibility of their simultaneous rotation. From the side of loading and unloading chamber, cylinders are rigidly attached to each other with one peripheral row of heat transfer tubes, and from the side of unloading chamber, at the end of external cylinder in annular space between cylinders there installed is a floating support for unobstructed thermal elongation of internal cylinder; end of internal cylinder installed in loading chamber is longer than end of external cylinder and on its external surface there fixed are annular ribs for cooling, and in upper part of this chamber there located is water header for supply of water to be cooled; on loading chamber there installed is chute for loading loose material to annular space between cylinders and chute for loading hot product - heat carrier, e.g. clinker to internal cylinder cavity; in the wall of middle part of internal cylinder there are radial holes in which there inserted and rigidly attached to the wall are heat transfer tubes connected to each other on external surface of internal cylinder with spirals so that blades are formed for moving loose material to the side of unloading; internal cylinder end installed in unloading chamber is longer than end of external cylinder for separate unloading of cooled product - heat carrier e.g. clinker from cavity of internal cylinder and loose material from annular space between cylinders. ^ EFFECT: increasing efficiency of cylinder drier. ^ 2 dwg |
