METHOD FOR FIXATION OF OVERWETTED CLAYEY AND COLLAPSING SOILS

FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction and may be used to reinforcing of overwetted clayey and lower weak collapsing soils, in reconstruction and construction of buildings and structures, and also for increased stability of natural rockslide slopes, manmade slopes of dams, pits and opencast mine boards. Method for reinforcing of overwetted clayey and collapsing soils includes arrangement of vertical or inclined cavity in overwetted soils and formation of pile in it by filling of this cavity with cohesionless filler with its further ramming and compaction. Cavity is arranged by vibration submersion of template, filler added to cavity is represented by water-absorbing substrate in the form of sand-cement mixture, which is hardened with water contained in overwetted soil. Number of cement in substrate shall be adequate to free water in overwetted clayey soil, which provides for complete hydration of cement in substrate. Diametre of pile and its bearing capacity is controlled by time of vibration ramming and volume of rammed substrate. Below foot of formed pile via material of this pile, injector is driven in with the help of vibrator by design depth, and, by lifting of injector with lost cap, hardening solution is simultaneously injected. Performance of all injection operations is carried out for 3-4 hours, which makes 50-70% of cement hydration completion time, in which process of crystallisation is carried out, and soil-cement material itself of pile with high viscosity and abrasiveness is still in transition condition and prevents coming out of hardening solution through contact of injector with pile material onto surface. ^ EFFECT: improved manufacturability, provision of reinforcement of weak collapsing soils that are located below foot of erected pile, reduced material intensity. ^ 2 ex, 2 dwg
