FIELD: testing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of preparation includes mixing of control gas with air in vessel-mixer till concentration determined by gas detector. Air is supplied to vessel under pressure generated by compressor. Control gas mixture (CGM), being under preparation, and master control gas mixture of similar concentration are supplied alternately to diversion channel with gas detector. As control gas - accompanying hydrocarbon gas is used, and as gas detector - thermo catalytic sensor is used. Device contains vessel with control gas, vessel-mixer, gas detector, compressor, vacuum pump and reductor with valve in bypass channel. Reductor output is connected to set of vessels, provided with separate valves, used for removal of prepared control gas mixture, and gas detector is connected to set of vessels, provided with separate valves, with master control gas mixtures of various concentrations. ^ EFFECT: development of effective method of obtainment of exemplary gas mixtures for calibration of gas detectors. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
