PURPOSE: A belt molding drum apparatus for a green tire is provided to form the green tire while holding a belt composition element, and to ease the operation of circularly arranged multiple segments. CONSTITUTION: A belt molding drum apparatus for a green tire comprises: a central shaft(12) including a first and second air supply passageways(18,22); a belt molding drum(10) formed with multiple segments(14) circularly arranged around the central shaft; the disc type piston(16) including a first path hold of the first air supply passageway(20) and a second path hold of the second air supply passageway(24) arranged at the front and the back each in the center of the central axis; a movable cylinder(26) including the disc type piston; guide wheels(28a,28b) installed in both sides of the central axis to radially arrange the multiple segments around the central axis to move; and multiple guide blocks(36) radially installed around the movable cylinder with a slope(40).
