METHOD FOR PREVENTING DAMAGE TO HEAT-EXCHANGERS WITH SOLID PHASE OF COOLED LIQUID AND DEVICE FOR METHOD'S IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to heat exchangers cooling the liquids to the temperature close to transition to solid phase and are designed to protect heat exchangers against damage to solid phase of cooled liquid. Method and device are implemented in heat exchanger equipped with flow metre, pressure and temperature gauges measuring flow rate, pressure and temperature of cooled liquid at inlet of heat exchanger, and pressure and temperature of cooled liquid at its outlet. Measured pressure differential at inlet and outlet of heat exchanger for these flow rate and temperature values are compared in electronic unit with reference differential value measured during hydraulic test of heat exchanger. ^ EFFECT: improving reliability and life time of heat exchange equipment by preventing damage to heat exchangers at uncontrolled formation of solid phase of cooled liquid. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
