FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing engineering and can be used in pistons seal of pneumatic rams, pneumatic springs and reciprocators, operating at high pressure differences. Piston seal contains flexible piston ring, expander in the form of liquid phase. Piston is located in cylinder, allowing top and bottom covers. Piston allows notch in its central part and forms in cylinder over-piston and stocked cavities. Inside the notch there are located elastic cylindrical sleeve, bushing, allowing on side surface through openings, chamber for liquid, communicating by means of channel to grooves, in which there are located flexible piston ring and expander in the form of liquid phase. It is installed raker with central opening fixing flexible cylindrical sleeve and bushing in notch. Piston allows also on its side surface set of annular grooves with packing discs. ^ EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of seal operation ensured by creation of controlled application force of it to cylinder. ^ 1 dwg |
