The fabric web (20) for self-adhesive printing substrate, comprises two surfaces and/or two breakthroughs between intersecting threads consisting of plastic filaments. The fabric web is weaved from polyester monofilaments (22, 24) and/or is fixed on a surface of a rigid plate (12). The fabric web (80%) is formed as open surface in the form of network space in UV-resistant manner. The fabric web is single-side or double-side calendered. The plate is formed from transparent polycarbonate. The plate and surface element (10) constituted in the plate have a circular outline (14).
