The invention relates to the synthesis of polyoxometalate complex compounds possessing antitumor activity.Summary of the invention consists in the synthesis of polyoxometalate complex compounds of formula:where selenium atoms (IV) are central. The result of the invention consists in the synthesis of polyoxometalate complex compounds possesing 85à92% inhibiting effect of the tumor cells at a concentration of 10à100 MyM.
