The disclosure relates to a combined pneumatic bellow (14) for a pneumatic suspension (10), wherein an axle-sided area (18) of pneumatic bellow (14) comprises, in a base state, a preshaped adapted form (28) and said adapted form (28) is embodied in such a manner that the axle-sided area (18) can be arranged on a protruding part (30) of a plunger (14) and the axle-sided area (18) is configured in such a manner that, in the event of the axle-sided area (18) moving towards a frame-sided area of the pneumatic bellow (14), the axle-sided area (18) adapts to the adapted form (28). The disclosure also relates to a pneumatic suspension, a vehicle axle system wherein the inventive pneumatic bellow is used and to a method for producing said pneumatic bellow.
