The invention relates to the shoe industry, in particular to the manufacture of ventilation insoles. Summary of the invention consists in that the ventilation insole comprises an elastic air-permeable blade, placed into a shell made of elastic air-permeable material, the number of pores of which is many times smaller than in the elastic blade. On the bearing surface or on the frontal surface of the calcaneal part of the insole it is made at least one opening for air entry into the insole by means of a tube of elastic air-impermeable material, one end of which is joined with the opening or introduced inside the insole through the opening. It is possible a variant of the insole, wherein on the said surfaces it is made at least one opening for air entry into the insole. Into the elastic tubes or the openings for air entry there may be installed air filters. Also, there may be made several openings provided with or without tubes, with or without filters
