PURPOSE: A semi-connection sleeve is provided to prevent an electric leakage by insulating an interval between a coupling body and an iron reinforcing rod through a cutoff plate. CONSTITUTION: A coupling body(120) is combined with the center of a cutoff plate(110). A first hollow pipe(130) is combined with one side of the coupling body. A second hollow pipe(140) is combined with the other side of the coupling body. A penetration cable(150) is drawn out through the second hollow pipe after being inserted into the first hollow pipe. A first connection cable is inserted into the first hollow pipe and is connected to one side of the coupling body. A second connection cable is inserted into the second hollow pipe. The second connection cable is connected to the other side of the coupling body. |
