PURPOSE: A method for making a ginseng solution used for drinking water is provided to relieve the specific flavors of the ginseng to add the ginseng solution to the drinking water for children and teenagers. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a ginseng solution used for drinking water includes the following steps: acquiring a first ginseng solution on which ginseng components are dissolved; producing vapor by heating the fist ginseng solution with vapor in a sealing container; cooling the vapor with a cooling device; collecting a second ginseng solution formed by cooling the vapor(S9). The sealing container is a pressure vessel. The drinking water includes the ginseng solution of 3 ~ 50 weight% and water of 50 ~ 97 weight%.
