The invention relates to N-acylic aminoacid derivatives of general formula (I)wherein n is 2 or 3 and Rrepresentsor to the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, to novel methods for the production thereof in the form anti-allergic, anti-anaphylactic, anti-inflammatory and hypolipidemic agents, to a pharmacological composition containing said compounds in an effective quantity and to a method for treating allergic and inflammatory diseases and lipisoids: bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, pollinoses, seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic pulmonary fever, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, urticaria fever, insect-sting allergy (including anaphylactic) and allergic reaction to medicinal agents, cold allergy, allergic conjunctivitis, atherosclerosis, adiposis, coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemia, heart and apoplectic attacks.
