PURPOSE: A cushion carpet and a device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which remarkably improve cushion feeling and make cleaning easy. CONSTITUTION: A cushion carpet includes; a polypropylene layer(L100) comprising the top layer of the carpet; a dimensional stability layer(L110) formed in the lower part of polypropylene layer; a middle finishing layer(L120) formed in the lower part of dimensional stability layer; a cushioning layer(L130) formed in the lower part of middle finishing layer; and a final finishing layer formed in the lower part of cushioning layer. The polypropylene layer is made of polypropylene fiber and is printed with various patterns and letters. The polypropylene layer is made of polypropylene synthetic fiber. |
