PURPOSE: A system and a method for sending a message using concatenation, and a block message converter are provided to stably transmit a multimedia message of various formats or a long message of which text message size is over certain size. CONSTITUTION: A message receiving unit(310) receives a block message from a transmitting terminal(10), wherein the block message exceeds a short message data size. A connection message generating unit(320) generates the connection message including at least one short message from which the received block message is separated. The connection message generation unit discriminates the separated short message using the identifier, and a message transmission unit(330) transmits the connection message to a destination terminal(20).
