PURPOSE: A paper material one-time-use sheet and a cutting member are provided, which make material of the sheet improved and can be used as one-time-use. CONSTITUTION: A paper material one-time-use sheet comprises a sheet main body(20) consisting of the paper material of more than one layer; a waterproofing part(60) which is formed in order to have the liquid non-transmission layer in the other side face of the sheet; an adhering member(80) which is selected among adhesive, double sided tape, and Velcro tape; and a cutting blade disuniting the cut out part formed in one side of the sheet.
