PURPOSE: A relaxing mat is provided, which makes the whole muscle relieved by evenly dispersing the whole weight. CONSTITUTION: A relaxing mat comprises a curved surface supporting the skull, cervical spine, thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra, pelvis, and femoral regions. In the skull site(101), the concave declining curve is formed. In the cervical spine(102), the swollen upward curve is formed. The thoracic vertebrae(103) is formed into the concave declining curve. The lumbar part(104) is formed into the swollen upturn convex surface. The pelvis region(105) is formed into the concave declining curve surface. The femoral region(106) is formed into the swollen upturn convex surface.
