The device has a hollow cylindrical shape part (1) with a small circular hole provided on its upper part. A modifiable diameter small ball (2) slid freely form bottom to top at an interior of the hollow cylindrical shape part. The ball is in contact with a rotative arm, where the arm is freely slid through the small circular hole. A lower part of the cylindrical shape part is pierced with a circular hole, whose diameter is higher than diameter of the ball.
