The device has excrescence or flanges (1) respectively placed under faces of modules (5), where each flange has a half-cylinder shaped orifice (2) permitting passage of a conduit (3) in which heat transfer fluid circulates. A locking ridge (4) maintains pressure supported in each orifice by each conduit. Each excrescence or flange permits fixation of each module on a wooden batten (7), and a maintenance piece (9) maintains pressure of each conduit on walls of each orifice. The conduits are respectively maintained in contact with constituent materials of the modules.
